Return Conditions Because our products are ingestible, we must maintain strict safety standards. To be eligible for a return:

Refund Processing
Once we receive and verify the condition of your return at our facility, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns within the USA. There is no additional cost to you.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your STRIPD strips arrive damaged or your order is missing items, please contact us immediately so we can make it right:

Exchanges
We accept exchanges on unused, unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Email support@buystripd.com with your order number and specify which product you would like to receive in exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on any product where the safety seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened. ### Questions?
