At STRIPD, we’re committed to getting your wellness strips to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping options, delivery times, and important information regarding your order.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping

Cost: Free on all qualifying orders.

Delivery Time: Approximately 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.

Processing: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Expedited Shipping

Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Time: Approximately 1-3 business days from shipment.
International Shipping

Currently, we are only shipping to customers within the USA. We are working on expanding our reach soon.
Order Processing
We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your STRIPD strips arrive in pharmaceutical-grade condition.
Shipping Timeline

Order Confirmation: You receive an automated confirmation email immediately after purchase.

Processing: Your order is typically prepared within 1 business day.

Shipment: Your order leaves our facility the next business day (Monday-Friday).

Tracking: You receive a tracking number via email as soon as the carrier scans your package.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's progress in real-time through the carrier's website.
Delivery Estimates
All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. STRIPD is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside of our direct control.
Risk of Loss & Shipping Protection
Once we transfer your package to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Shipping Protection: If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is covered for loss, theft, or damage during transit. Please contact us immediately if your protected order does not arrive.

Standard Orders: If Shipping Protection was opted out of, STRIPD is not responsible for packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your STRIPD strips arrive damaged or your package is lost in transit:

Damaged Items: Contact support@buystripd.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Lost Packages: If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, contact us with your order number and tracking details.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact support@stripd.com immediately. We can only update addresses before the order has been processed for shipment.
